Key Responsibilities:
Manage international inbound/outbound Logistics operations between production facilities and global customer facilities including the US headquarter office, ensuring timely delivery in a cost effective manner
Maintain shipment files, monitor shipment status closely, provide timely updates on changes, respond to customer inquiries regarding status of shipments from both internal and external, and notify appropriate personnel of shipment receipts
Monitor 3PL supplier performance in cost, lead time and service etc. and drive for continuous improvements
Define Logistics strategy to meet business needs, source 3PL suppliers and conduct contract negotiations, monitor global shipment status closely and take appropriate actions in a timely manner
Work closely with 3PL and cross-functional teams to drive process optimization
Provide design guidelines on Design for Shipping, participate in design reviews to ensure related best practices are being considering during product design phases
Manage inhouse warehouse in China production sites
Other tasks as related to Supply Chain Management

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, major in Logistics, International Trading, Supply Chain, Business Management or relevant
Minimum 3-5 years in international working environment, international Logistics management and inventory management experiences is a must, 3PL working experiences is a plus
Good command of English as working language
Proficient user of Microsoft Office/Google docs
Detail oriented, strong in communications, sense of responsibility, self-driven
