The Team:

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the procurement-to-pay process and vendor management
  • You will be managing the Corp card expense management and automating the reconciliation process
  • You will be responsible for the bank reconciliations and mapping
  • You will be responsible for the GL accounting for P2P related accounts, including accrual and expense amortization
  • You will prepare and support the period-end reporting package
  • You will coordinate with the local accounting firm on compliance of the india subsidiary
  • You will assist in the ad-hoc projects and process automation
  • You will participate in the expenditure budget to actual analysis and create a shareable dashboard for expenditure review.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of accounting experience and minimum 3 years of operational accounting experience in the SaaS companies (P2P experience is a plus)
  • Degree in accounting or related field with sufficient accounting experience
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up
  • A demonstrated history of solving multiple and complex operational accounting challenges
  • Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills along with an aptitude for information technology
  • Self driven, keen to learn new things, and provide good suggestions upward for process improvement
  • Solid skills in using NetSuite are a must
  • Expert in word, excel, and powerpoint
  • Able to work at some overlapped time with U.S. Pacific time zone
