The Team:
We are a small but passionate team of 100+ based in the Bay Area. Aisera’s seasoned founding team has led companies through several prior successful startups and acquisitions. Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the procurement-to-pay process and vendor management
- You will be managing the Corp card expense management and automating the reconciliation process
- You will be responsible for the bank reconciliations and mapping
- You will be responsible for the GL accounting for P2P related accounts, including accrual and expense amortization
- You will prepare and support the period-end reporting package
- You will coordinate with the local accounting firm on compliance of the india subsidiary
- You will assist in the ad-hoc projects and process automation
- You will participate in the expenditure budget to actual analysis and create a shareable dashboard for expenditure review.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of accounting experience and minimum 3 years of operational accounting experience in the SaaS companies (P2P experience is a plus)
- Degree in accounting or related field with sufficient accounting experience
- Experience working in a fast paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up
- A demonstrated history of solving multiple and complex operational accounting challenges
- Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills
- Solid organizational skills along with an aptitude for information technology
- Self driven, keen to learn new things, and provide good suggestions upward for process improvement
- Solid skills in using NetSuite are a must
- Expert in word, excel, and powerpoint
- Able to work at some overlapped time with U.S. Pacific time zone
