What you'll do at UiPath Join a team of product managers bringing to market UiPath’s market leading Document Understanding capabilities. Collaborate with other product managers, engineers, marketers, salespeople and partners to help more people discover UiPath Document Understanding. We are looking for an experienced product manager whose skills and experience span both internal and external facing product management functions. However, your initial focus will be on externally facing missions related to increasing the adoption of UiPath’s Document Understanding product. Key Responsibilities: Be the Expert: Become known as a Document Understanding product expert internally by deeply understanding both the product, our customers and how they use it. Use this knowledge to help direct the product strategy for UiPath's Document Understanding Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to ensure they have the necessary product knowledge and resources to successfully sell the product. Develop and deliver training and enablement materials for sales and technical sellers Marketing Prowess: Collaborate with marketing to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans Partnering: Build and manage relationships with key partners to understand their needs and help them with successful implementations Analyst Relations: Partner with our analyst relations team to stay close to analysts covering the Intelligent Document Processing Market and lead responses for analyst reports and other analyst engagements Research & Analyze: Understand our users through qualitative and quantitative research; develop deep user empathy to inform your ideas. Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction and adoption Competitive and Market Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our product remains competitive in the market Innovate, strategically and tactically: Develop and gather support for new strategies, and product capabilities What you'll bring to the team 7+ years of experience as a product manager, with a focus on enterprise software and/or AI/ML products Strong experience working with sales teams and developing sales enablement materials Experience working with partners and building successful partner programs Proven ability to drive customer adoption and satisfaction Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience with Document Understanding, or similar products in the Intelligent Document Processing market is a plus This role requires a self-starter with a passion for technology, a strong work ethic, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Pay Transparency The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $186,500 and $280,250. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
