At Filtered, we're on a mission to fix technical hiring.

About Filtered.ai

We’re building the next generation of hiring tools that enable companies of all sizes to dramatically reduce the effort and time it takes to make high-quality, unbiased technical hiring decisions. We are a remote-first, VC-backed startup expanding our team following our recent funding.

About the role:

You are responsible for working side by side with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to represent the voice of the customer and translate those insights into intuitive, user-friendly designs. You are, at heart, an advocate and a guide, both for your customers and internally at Filtered, sharing ideas early on and being a productive agent of change and growth where improvement is possible. You are eager to work with the rest of the Filtered team to uncover new ways to make Filtered the best technical hiring platform in the market. You are motivated by identifying problems and spending the time necessary to find measurable solutions through product optimizations and new features/functionality.
Filtered Inc. is a proud equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer. We provide equal opportunity to everyone for employment on the basis of individual performance and qualification. We never discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, or marital, veteran, or disability status. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
