We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager with a passion for the intersection of adtech and custom algorithmic solutions. This pivotal role requires an in-depth understanding of the evolving digital advertising landscape and the expertise to harness the power of bespoke algorithms to solve unique challenges. As the confluence between technology and creativity, this role promises a dynamic playground for those passionate about shaping the future of programmatic advertising solutions.
This position will be located in our New York City office with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office (Mon/Tue/Wed) and 2 days remote (Thursday/Friday).
Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to job-related knowledge, level of relevant experience, education and skills.     • Educational Outreach: Oversee the creation of user documentation and training programs to facilitate the optimal use of our algorithmic solutions.
    • Knowledge Dissemination: Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring both our team and clients fully harness the potential of our products.
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees in Data Science, Computer Science, or MBA a plus.
    • A nuanced understanding of the programmatic advertising space and its inherent challenges and opportunities.
    • 4+ years of product management experience, especially within the adtech domain, with a proven track record in algorithm-based solutions.
    • Deep understanding of digital advertising dynamics and how custom algorithms can enhance performance.
    • History of successful product launches and scalable solutions: like insights, reporting dashboards, cookieless products.
    • $150,000-$165,000 Base Salary + Equity
