As a Product Designer at AppZen, you'll shape the user experience for our products from planning to delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Fortune 500 clients to design workflows and interactions that set new industry standards. This role offers a unique chance to create innovative solutions that have never been seen before in the industry, helping to shape the future of how companies manage their financial processes.

This role is expected to commute to the San Jose office three days a week on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

    • Design user experiences for our core products, from planning to launch.
    • Work closely with the Principal Designer, Product, and Engineering leads to turn company goals into prioritized projects and find the right problems to solve.
    • Pay close attention to design details, make complex tasks easy to use, and connect related projects effectively.
    • Collaborate with the design team to develop our long-term product vision, design systems, and internal processes.
    • Participate in team rituals such as design crits, brainstorming, and weekly stand-ups.
    • 6+ years of experience.
    • A portfolio showcasing strong design skills and well-crafted user experiences.
    • Experience designing for B2B and/or fintech products.
    • Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
    • Experience working in complex and ambiguous problem spaces.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams in startup environments.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and analytical skills.
    • Strong low- and high-fidelity prototyping skills.
    • Experience conducting user research is a plus.
