Senior Product/Test Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Product/Test Engineer. The successful candidate will be organized and self-directed, and comfortable working within a rapidly evolving project.

- Introduce new products to volume manufacturing, establish yield tracking, yield enhancement and cost reduction, ongoing improvement
- Develop datasheet specs and support initial customer shipments
- Work closely with foundry and OSAT engineering teams, as well as internal design and software teams
- Support reliability qualifications
- 10+ years of Product Engineering on large-scale VLSI silicon
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- ATE test development experience highly desirable - Advantest, Ultraflex
- Basic understanding of DFT flow, ATE test flow
- Familiarity with Python, skill or scripting language
- Strong focus on testing and quality
- Team focus and desire to help build the team
