Your Mission We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Senior Public Relations Specialist to join the UiPath Global Communications team. This position will play a significant role in driving UiPath media efforts and thought leadership across the Americas. The successful candidate will work directly with the Americas marketing organization to maximize public relations results and to ensure overall message consistency. This involves working with our senior executives, thought leaders, subject matter experts, and the external PR agency to produce media pitches, press releases, speaking session abstracts, and bylined articles for industry and trade publications. Creativity, a sense of humor, and a hearty appetite for growth are a must. This is a hands-on role that requires commitment and dedication to innovation and teamwork as the pathway to success. This position reports to the Director of Public Relations What you'll do at UiPath Assist with the development and execution of strategic public relations campaigns and initiatives for UiPath to build brand awareness and enhance brand reputation. Implement PR strategies serving our industry-focused business practices, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with overall PR goals and UiPath marketing objectives. Establish and maintain relationships with UiPath industry practice leaders and subject matter experts. Act as an embedded member of the Americas marketing team, attending all meetings and collaborating with regional marketing managers to execute successful programs for targeted results. Assist in handling media relations efforts including managing incoming media opportunities. Help develop key messages and executive briefings for interviews while ensuring consistency of company’s brand, tone and message, using appropriate spokesperson. Prepare and edit media materials, including news releases, fact sheets, media briefings, etc. Partner with US agency to ensure initiatives meet objectives. Effectively manage projects and multiple deliverables under tight deadlines. Monitor and report project status and KPIs to manager, team, and internal stakeholders. What you'll bring to the team Proven track record in media relations working with trade, regional and vertical publications. Outstanding writing, editing, proofreading and verbal communication skills; polished executive presence and the ability to interface effectively with staff at all levels. Ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work pro-actively and independently. Combines strategic prowess with executional excellence and a “can-do” attitude. Self-reliant, results oriented. Ability to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs. Ability to operate as an effective tactical as well as strategic thinker. The ideal candidate will be an experienced PR professional with a demonstrated track record in the technology space, ideally supporting a global B2B company. Four-six years of technology/B2B public relations experience within an agency or corporate environment preferred. Pay Transparency The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $86,250 and $129,375. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
