Job Description:
Responsible for software bring up on new systems, integration of Linux drivers and device trees for a variety of sensors, performing data analysis to evaluate system performance.

Working very cross functionally, closely with our autonomy team and AI foundations team to deliver functional robotic systems.



Salary Range:  Base + Bonus + Benefits + Equity (if applicable)
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. Information on the benefits offered is here. All offers are contingent on a cleared background check.

Location guidelines-
Onsite = 5 days/week
Hybrid = Several days in the office
Remote = Remote but able to come to the office as requested for business needs

    • Bring up new robotic platforms and related systems
    • Create software for system diagnostics and testing
    • Work with and modify internal software build systems
    • Write and modify Linux kernel drivers
    • Creating custom Linux device trees for a robotic system
    • Create network software

    • Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.
    • Bachelors in CS, CE, or EE
    • Strong C++ background a must
    • You have a demonstrated record of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding yourself and others to high standards, and being kind to others
    • Linux Kernel Development
    • Robotics experience is a plus
    • Experience with certified platforms is a plus
