About the Role
As a remote Technical Program Manager (Platform), you’ll report to the Director, Platform Technical Program Management, and will be responsible for enabling our rapidly growing organization to effectively scale. One focus will be helping teams move products through our deployment process that connects delivery engineering teams to the go-to-market engine of the organization. This role will also help implement and improve consistent engineering processes and own important critical cross-functional projects.

    • Own the delivery schedule and coordination with dependent teams in the delivery process and ensure there is clarity and alignment across all levels of the organization
    • Identify areas for improvement and help drive positive change in key parts of the delivery process
    • Drive and automate tracking of key delivery and engineering metrics
    • Embed with engineering teams to run agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement
    • Dive into the details of technical problems and facilitate their resolution
    • Independently identify growth areas for the organization and help drive the program management team backlog
    • Drive execution of important cross-functional organizational initiatives
    • Domain expert - You have demonstrated experience in some combination of the following areas:
    • Managing large scale programs with numerous dependencies critical to an organization and ensuring alignment across teams
    • Experience implementing and executing agile engineering processes
    • Understanding complex technical problems and projects and driving them to a successful resolution
    • Effective change agent - You exhibit strong communication skills. You can build rapport and good working relationships with senior leaders and peers. You can separate facts from opinions, and take the perspectives of others and reach a workable solution. You are flexible in how you influence leaders to achieve the right outcomes.
    • Executes well - You effectively manage complex projects and demonstrate consistent attention to detail. In ambiguous situations, you are able to account for unknowns and recover from setbacks well.

    • The anticipated salary range for this role is $125,000 - $160,000 + Equity. Variable may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications.
