ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
•Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to support and develop best-in-class recruiting strategies that attract top talent to the company
•Successfully manage full life-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of requisitions for both technical and professional roles
•Engage in the development of corporate recruiting programs to augment sources of talent into the pipeline
•Build solid pipelines and prospect passive talent by utilizing creative sourcing methods and fostering long-term relationships with candidates
•Provide a superior experience to candidates and hiring managers
•Guide hiring managers through critical steps in the talent acquisition process and ensure adherence to corporate standards and policies
•Partner with various members of the People Operations team to ensure a great transition from candidate to employee experience
•Ability to run the full cycle recruitment process for multiple positions at one time
•Partner and consult with business leaders to understand business needs and develop and drive recruitment strategy
•Drive consistency in the hiring process and ensure a winning hiring manager and candidate experience
•Attend Industry and University recruiting events
•Coordinate, facilitate and/or participate with onsite interviews
•Reduce cycle time while maintaining or improving quality of hire
•Contribute to process improvement initiatives and drives efficient process adherence
•Report weekly on recruiting activities as required or requested.
•Work collaboratively with HR and Recruiting team members

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: .
•Demonstrated excellence sourcing relevant functional talent with an emphasis on attracting passive candidates
•A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in hiring top talent in a technology environment, experience with semiconductor skill sets, and cleared personnel an asset.
•Proven experience working as a corporate/in-house recruiter
•Skilled at establishing rapport and building great working relationships with hiring managers
•Fluency with applicant tracking systems such as Lever, MS Office, LinkedIn and other social media platforms for recruiting
•Ability to influence/coach hiring managers on recruiting process and talent decisions.
•Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
•The ability to thrive, influence, and communicate within a dynamic, highly matrixed environment and understand the need to be flexible & adaptable
•Experience/Enthusiasm to work within an Engineering / Technology environment
•Results-driven and highly committed

EDUCATION DESIRED:
•Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience required

Compensation:
The base salary range for this full-time position is $101,000 - $168,000 + bonus + benefits.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
