Software Engineers will work cross-functionally, creating new technology to improve software development for robots.     • Work collaboratively with research teams on tools that improve software development on robots. Examples include data processing, visualization, and physics simulators. D
    • Develop high performance algorithms and improve systems
    • Create and support open source robotics software
    • Promote quality and reliability through regular code reviews
    • 5+ years experience delivering robust code
    • BS or MS in computer science, robotics, physics, electrical/mechanical/aerospace engineering, or a related field
    • Experience with C++ or Python
    • Experience with git, issue tracking, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices
    • Strong troubleshooting skills
    • Experience with rigid-body dynamics and control
    • Experience with physics-based dynamics simulations
    • Familiar with NVIDIA Isaac sim and gym-type environments for RL
    • Familiar with CUDA programming
    • Experience with sim-to-real
    • Experience working with robots, kinematics, machine learning, or similar applications
    • Experience with Docker, cloud computing, or similar applications
    • Experience with data processing, logging, and visualization tools
    • Experience with ROS, gRPC, LCM, or other inter-process communication middleware technologies
    • Experience operating as a technical lead
    • Experience with robot sensors (IMU, Cameras, etc.)
