    • Debugging complex problems across an entire stack.
    • Conducting Post-Incident Reviews or root cause analysis.

    • 3-5 years of experience in software systems
    • Experience with Cloud, e.g. (Preferably GCP/AWS)
    • Experience with Web application standards and API.
    • Good understanding of Database concepts..
    • Experience building, and operating large-scale production systems with stringent SLOs & SLAs.
    • Experience in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python etc)
    • Experience with system observability tools like ELK/Clickhouse, Prometheus, Datadog, NewRelic etc.
    • Experience with Infrastructure as code & Configuration management with tools like Terraform, Helm, Ansible
    • Experience with Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) and release orchestration - Jenkins, AWS Pipeline, GitLab/GitHub Actions etc..
    • Experience with Nginx
    • Good to have microservices and Container Orchestration using Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, GKE
    • Experience with Content Delivery Network will be an added advantage. (eg., AWS cloudfront, Cloudflare, firebase etc..)
    • Experience with cache manangement systems i.e. Redis, memcache etc.
    • Excellent analytical and program solving skills, excellent written and oral communication, self-starter, and highly motivated.
    • Must be comfortable to work in flexible hours.
