We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Communications Manager with a focus on social media and experience in B2B technology to join our marketing team. The Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective communication strategies with a strong emphasis on social media and working with influencers. They will work with our public relations agency on media relations efforts, create compelling social media content, and build relationships with key influencers within the customer experience industry.

The expected salary range for this position is $113,000 to $130,000. Actual pay will be determined based on several factors such as past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
    • 5 years of experience in a communications or marketing role, with a strong focus on social media. Experience working in the customer experience industry is a plus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong writing skills for social media, press releases, and other promotional materials.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficient in social media platforms and tools, such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Sprout Social, etc.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure the impact of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
    • Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, media contacts, and influencers.
    • Develop and implement communication plans and strategies, with a strong emphasis on social media and working with influencers, to support the company's objectives and messaging within the customer experience industry.
    • Create and manage engaging social media content for various platforms, such as Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
    • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the impact of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the customer experience industry, media contacts, and influencers in order to create and promote content.
    • Work with influencer partners to develop mutually beneficial campaigns and collaborations.
    • Support our public relations firm in managing media relations efforts, including working with internal stakeholders to respond to inquiries and coordinating interviews.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product, and executive leadership, to ensure effective and consistent messaging.
    • Draft, distribute and maximize the reach of press releases, announcements, and other promotional content.
