We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and enthusiastic Social Media Manager and Short Form Copywriter to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy while creating engaging short-form content to support our marketing efforts. This role combines the responsibilities of managing our social media presence and crafting compelling copy for various marketing channels. Your primary focus will be on enhancing our brand awareness, increasing engagement, and driving leads for our MLOps solutions.

    • Develop and implement a social media strategy in line with the company's objectives, target audience, and brand identity.
    • Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit and YouTube.
    • Work with our engineers and designers to create and curate engaging content (graphics, articles, videos, etc.) that appeals to our audience, promotes our solutions, and drives engagement.
    • Craft compelling short-form copy for various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, digital ads, and landing pages.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content marketing, design, and sales to align social media and copywriting efforts with overall marketing objectives.
    • Analyze and report on social media performance, using relevant KPIs and data-driven insights to optimize content, strategy, and campaigns.
    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to keep our social media presence current and effective.
    • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Social Media Manager and Copywriter or similar role, preferably in the tech or machine learning.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong grasp of grammar and style.
    • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Social Sprout, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
    • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and persuasive copy for a technical audience.
    • Familiarity with MLOps concepts, trends, and terminology is a strong plus.
    • Strong analytical skills and experiment-driven mindset.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
