Job Description
This position is ideal for an individual who loves technology, wants to develop software for multiple projects, and write code with an integrated product team in a test-driven development environment.  The ideal candidate must be a motivated team player with excellent technical and communication skills.
As a Software Engineer you will actively participate in all phases of the software development life cycle in support of the E-2 Systems Test and Evaluation Laboratory (ESTEL)at NAS Patuxent River.
Salary Range: $100,639 - $160,761 Annually + Bonus + Benefits + Equity (if applicable)

Location guidelines-
Onsite = 5 days/week
Hybrid = Several days in the office
Remote = Remote but able to come to the office as requested for business needs

    • Contribute to the development radar and other sensor modeling to simulate platform capabilities
    • Contribute to the development of a distributed service and unified GUI to control simulation applications
    • Create common libraries for consistent creation of components in the software stack.
    • Help maintain multiple tactical systems communication interfaces
    • Provide direct support for various test events
    • Contribute to the CI toolchain to verify the correctness of code, scripts, and configuration files.
    • Track Display, Real-time Performance monitoring Link16 and CEC (future)
    • AFM and RIU emulation (future).
    • Tactical driver
    • DX Playback
    • Unified GUI and Resource Control Service (RCS)
    • Tactical Interface Unit (TSIU).
    • BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
    • 2+ years of professional work experience as a software engineer.
    • Current SECRET clearance
    • Experience with contributing to complex software projects.
    • Knowledge and experience with EW modeling, sensor modeling, and interface development is a plus.
