As an Engineer on the Relationship Management team, you will work closely with the business leaders at the company to build a software ecosystem that our users love. You will work on all aspects of the user lifecycle, such as acquisition, onboarding, and payments. You’ll be instrumental in building the foundations of a team at a fast-growing startup, establishing the patterns and practices necessary to build sustainable growth for the business.

    • Scale the user base of our service
    • Build a software system that allows us to be flexible for the needs of our users
    • Collaborate with leaders of the business (marketing, sales, and finance) to enable features and processes for the next stage of company growth
    • Automate revenue delivery and revenue data to internal company consumers
    • 3+ years of experience working in a full-stack web development environment, with a strong grasp of at least one higher-level language and its ecosystem (Go, Python, TypeScript, etc.).
    • A willingness to dive into and debug issues, wherever they may occur in our ecosystem.
    • A demonstrated ability to think critically under pressure.
    • Excellent communication skills and an ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.

Day to day, you'll be answering questions and requests with a kind, thoughtful tone that makes users feel appreciated and connected to our team.
