About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Senior Customer Success Associate to join our team to support the team in ensuring high customer satisfaction.
AKASA is based in South San Francisco. As a company, we embraced remote work before COVID-19. We consider ourselves experts in working collaboratively wherever our team members happen to reside within the US.

    • Develop an understanding of our client’s needs and how our product solves for those needs. Over time, become fluent in client history, business outcomes, and future goals
    • Play a critical role in supporting client requests and helping turn repeat questions into product insights and learning resources
    • Responsible for developing and maintaining successful relationship with clients
    • Regularly report client performance to key internal and external stakeholders
    • Escalate service issues with the appropriate team member as needed
    • Develop relationships with AKASA Strategic Growth, Customer Engagements, Marketing, and Product teams and help coordinate necessary internal meetings
    • Become an expert in AKASA offering, positioning, and competition
    • Deliver the full value of AKASA products and services to our customers to ensure return on investment is realized
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 5+ year client-facing experience in sales, customer success, account management, professional services, management consulting or in operations for a health system
    • 2+ years healthcare and/or healthcare revenue cycle experience
    • Strong in-person, phone, and written communication skills
    • Adaptable, professional, and motivated with a strong work ethic
    • Metrics & data driven
    • High level of integrity, empathy, professionalism, and sense of urgency
    • Some experience or knowledge in B2B SaaS
    • Interest in making a big impact and grow your career in a high growth startup
    • Interested in solving the most challenging issues facing the current healthcare industry
    • Strong client management discipline to proactively identify and resolve any risks, delays or issues
    • Thrive in working collaboratively and cross-functionally, particularly with Marketing, Strategic Growth, and Customer Engagements
    • Tools/Applications: MS PowerPoint/Google Slides, Tableau, MS Excel/Google Sheets
    • Ability to travel domestically up to 25%

    • The anticipated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $115,000 + Equity. Variable may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications.
