Dialpad is looking for a digital media expert to join and become a key member of the Marketing team. You will be directly contributing to the growth of our business by partnering with the Brand, Web, and Demand Generation teams to drive Sales pipeline, online business, and overall brand awareness for Dialpad.
Your role
As a Sr. Digital Media Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of highly visible paid media campaigns across display, video, and social media platforms. You will partner and collaborate with internal business units to ensure timely delivery of media campaigns, continuous testing, optimization, and sharing of insights.
What you’ll do
- Develop strategic paid media marketing plans, aligning to Dialpad’s core initiatives, brand vision, and performance goals
- Own and manage paid digital media campaigns across display, video, and social media for the Dialpad Brand
- Responsible for paid media bidding strategy, audience targeting, scheduling, testing, budget management, and end-to-end reporting
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of necessary campaign materials required to meet campaign objectives
- Work cross functionally to identify gaps and opportunities for campaign optimizations
- Measure and analyze performance, and identify new opportunities based on both internal and external platform sources
- Implement and continually test new creative messaging, landing pages, campaigns, and tools
- Manage our tagging, tracking and reporting in partnership with the operations team
- Assess and develop new digital ad opportunities
- Be Dialpad’s resident in house digital media advertising expert
Skills you’ll bring
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with minimum 2-3 years in Paid Media
- Hands-on experience working with Google Marketing Platforms (GCM, DV360, SA360, GA360) and Paid Social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit etc.)
- Expertise in conversion tracking models and conversion tag implementation and testing
- Experience in ad server, DSP/RTB platforms, and ad verification partners (MediaMath, The Trade Desk, DV, etc.)
- Fluency in DMP/CDP & experience in audience segmentation and persona building
- Proven track record of successful online marketing campaigns and experiments -- owning campaign performance and adjusting tactics to meet goals and budgets
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, a passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, ability to turn analysis into actionable programs, and ability to use data to optimize day-to-day performance
- A good eye for spotting copy and creative performance with the ability to communicate best practices and learnings to internal teams
- Excellent attention to detail and exceedingly organized
- Advanced Excel skills are a must
