As the leader of the configuration management team, you and your team will ensure that configuration management and related processes across the org are efficient and effective. You’ll drive decisions that balance business needs with the requirements of the customer. Your team will create and maintain documentation that is consolidated, clear, and accurate. You will raise issues, suggest and implement solutions to business processes.



Salary Range:  Base + Bonus + Benefits + Equity (if applicable)
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. Information on the benefits offered is here. All offers are contingent on a cleared background check.

Location guidelines-
Onsite = 5 days/week
Hybrid = Several days in the office
Remote = Remote but able to come to the office as requested for business needs

    • 5 years of working in configuration management for complex systems
    • Experience working with PLM
    • Government contracting experience
    • Experience managing a team
    • You have a demonstrated record of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding yourself and others to high standards, and being kind to others
    • Experience working with Arena
    • certification of EIA-649
