About this opportunity:
Join our growing team and play a key role in supporting and organizing the culture of efficiency within the clinical laboratory. We are looking for a motivated, Product Analyst to help the team deliver our ground-breaking Laboratory Information System platform and support Clinical Laboratory operations. You will support end users as they use the system and build out an efficient foundational support system and documentation, including Automation, IT and LIMS.
What you’ll do:
- Work as the tier one support for the laboratory informatics system as the Clinical Laboratory processes samples. Resolve bugs and errors as they arise during sample processing and improve the support tracking process.
- Support swing shift Laboratory operations, working hours will be from 230pm-11pm Monday through Friday with a rotating on-call schedule for weekend support.
- Update system and user workflows for laboratory procedures that interact with informatics systems to further improve lab practices.
- Support IT and Automation teams as tier one support.
Must haves:
- Undergraduate degree in the life sciences, information technology, computer science, or closely related field
- Experience working with LIMS systems with a high-level understanding of clinical laboratory workflows
- Experience working in a regulated environment: CLIA, ISO, FDA with an understanding of related requirements
Nice to haves:
- Experience in Agile and or Scrum development, prior use of JIRA or related technologies.
- Experience working in a support role for a production environment.
