In this role:

As our Systems Integration Manager, you will play a critical role in owning the integrations to Aisera’s  AI-driven service experience. You are someone that is an effective communicator on how the business processes will be impacted with integration work, and be able to relay the importance of an approach. The Systems Integration Manager will be responsible for integration project delivery and success. You will be expected to contribute toward optimizing and automating the company’s integration landscape over the next few years by implementing and supporting scalable business processes to support the company’s growth and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead systems integration resource for the Business Systems Team
  • Own implementing, maintaining, and growing the integration landscape
  • Provide recommendations and guidance for all integrations that connect to our AI-driven solution
  • Review integration designs to rationalize data models and unnecessary design elements
  • Experience working with solutions such as Dell Boomi, Workato, or similar applications
  • Collaborate with the Business Systems Team, Finance, Operations, Professional Services, and Sales to assess business requirements, and to form an approach for all things integrations
  • Test and deploy connection points in line with business and system requirements
  • Manage requests for new features or functionality, and assist with the prioritization of these requests
  • Effectively partner with Managed Services Provider for resolution of production issues
  • Enhance existing functionality and improve processes within our current integrations
  • Review and come up to speed for any integrations you are unfamiliar
  • Act as primary contact for all system integration related issues from daily operations
  • Develop, test, and deploy customizations, third-party tools/applications and new integration functionality based on evolving business needs
  • Stay current on features and product releases through training and self-study
  • Monitor usage of systems and track performance
  • Support the change management and release process for integrations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (i.e., executive team, management, and sales) to gather and document operational and functional requirements and translate them into operational solutions
  • Management of user acceptance testing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or MIS disciplines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to technical and non-technical personnel
  • Excellent problem identification and solving ability skills
  • Knowledge of best practices in integration standards and approaches
  • 3+ years of experience with working with or owning system integrations
  • Project management, system implementation, and system integration experience.
  • Analytics, reporting and database experience a plus
  • Ability to work in a stand-alone role but also employ team skills as you will be working on cross functional projects and activities
  • Excellent business systems support and customer service skills
  • Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, decision-making, research, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Works well under pressure
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing needs/environments
  • Excellent base software skills with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
