Your Mission The Sourcing and Talent Intelligence team is a newly formed team part of the Global Talent Acquisition function at UiPath which will help address immediate and long-term hiring priorities while providing consultative support on critical talent questions. Their mission is to leverage market research and trends to provide talent insights and intelligence to our recruitment teams and internal customers. As a member of this team, you have an unique opportunity to become our first Talent Intelligence Specialist. What you'll do at UiPath You will capture and analyse data and then present insights to our Talent Acquisition and business leaders to inform various talent acquisition initiatives. You will develop and keep up to date various Talent Acquisition assets such as talent pool reports, company flow reports, stakeholders' newsletters, competitor battlecards, pipeline and conversion funnel reports, benchmarking analysis etc. You will deliver research projects on talent mapping as requested by the Talent Acquisition and business leaders. You will keep an eye on potential talent threats, implications, and report quarterly on how we can address current talent challenges. Track external data and help our Talent Acquisition Partners and Talent Sourcers to source more efficiently by leveraging actual data from the market tracked over time. Generate insights and reports that will be leveraged to support business leaders as they plan for headcount or seek answers to critical talent business questions. Become an SME in recruiting in various markets and help build a knowledge management system which will be leveraged by Talent Acquisition Partners and Talent Sourcers recruiting in different markets. Assist in quarterly reporting on the ROI of our recruiting tools and proactively identify and pilot new tech which support the Sourcing & Talent Intelligence team objectives. Partner with internal teams when assessing new markets to provide them with additional insights on data relevant for the recruitment process. Partner with our Employer Branding team on events research and help advise on initiatives to grow our brand awareness based on market data. What you'll bring to the team 3+ years hands on experience in talent acquisition (sourcing or recruiting), market research or competitive intelligence. Strong project management skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. An ‘owner mindset’ to help drive all the research projects successfully to completion. Strong analytical thinking and focus on operational excellence. The ability to mine data from leveraging various tools and databases. Strong presentation skills and proficiency in creating visually appealing and informative PowerPoint presentations, with a good understanding of design principles, layout, and formatting and a passion for creating engaging content for stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the wider organization The ability to prioritise and complete assignments within deadlines. Strong business acumen and a willingness to learn as much as you can about our business functions, goals and strategy to then be able to make appropriate recommendations.
