Cognitiv leverages deep learning artificial intelligence to build custom algorithms that more accurately and efficiently predict consumer purchase behavior. Each marketer has a unique set of goals, which is why Cognitiv created NeuralMind, a deep learning platform capable of automatically building custom algorithms that simultaneously consider the user, the context, the message, and the campaign objectives. We combine deterministic data and advanced processing techniques to continuously train these algorithms as they optimize our clients’ key performance indicators (KPIs), predicting consumer behavior in order to autonomously drive full-funnel marketing performance at scale.

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager specializing in internal products.  In this role, you will be the driving force behind the development, optimization, and implementation of our proprietary tools and platforms that power internal teams.  You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
This position will be in Bellevue, WA with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office (Mon/Tue/Wed) and 2 days remote (Thursday/Friday).
Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to job-related knowledge, level of relevant experience, education and skills.     • Lead the end-to-end development of internal tools and platforms, ensuring they align with business objectives and streamline internal processes
    • Work closely with cross functional teams including engineering, data science, product, and client success to understand workflow and pain points, and translate these insights into effective product features
    • Create comprehensive documentation for internal products, including user guides and training materials to facilitate smooth onboarding and efficient usage.
    • Educate internal teams and conduct feature demos to ensure successful implementation and comprehensive customer understanding.
    • Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring that internal products are built with scalability, security, and maintainability in mind
    • Stay informed about industry best practices, technology advancements, and internal feedback to continually improve and iterate on existing products
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred; relevant experience or alternative qualifications considered.  MBA or advanced degree is a plus
    • 3+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably within the ad tech industry
    • Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering products that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal teams
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong understanding of ad tech platforms, programmatic advertising, and data driven technologies
    • $130,000-$170,000 Base Salary + Equity
