The Team
We are a small but passionate team of 100+ based in the Bay Area. Aisera’s seasoned founding team has led companies through several prior successful startups and acquisitions. The Role
At Aisera, we’re building a world-class Customer Success team, where each individual loves to move fast, be challenged, and is obsessed with making our customers wildly successful. Being part of the Customer Success team, you will partner closely with internal engineering and product teams to help bridge business and technology, helping customers realize the art of the possible with cutting-edge Conversational AI. You will play a key role in onboarding new customers by developing custom workflows based on customer’s requirements to assure they achieve their desired business outcomes with high satisfaction.
As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll be expected to be resourceful, a selfless team player, and regularly go above and beyond your “day job”. The upside is that this is a highly visible role with unbound growth opportunities.
What You'll Do:
- Support customer onboarding processes – attending meetings, sharing meeting minutes, updating project artifacts & documentation
- Coordinate work in close alignment with the customer and internal teams, including Product & Engineering
- Report status clearly and effectively to internal and external audiences
- Manage project timelines and deliverables
- Maintain project plans, status reports, dashboards and other artifacts
What You'll Need:
- Strong communication skills
- 1-5 years of experience, preferably in a customer-facing role, implementing complex software solutions, especially in IT and/or HR domains.
- Attention to detail, experience with managing project plans & artifacts
- Interpersonal skills, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management software, such as Smartsheet & Jira
- Ability to work remotely in US EST hours.
