We are hiring a technical recruiter to support the fast growth of the engineering team in San Jose, CA. We are looking for a candidate who learns fast, adapts the fast pace and delivers results. You will be responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and connecting them to the great opportunities at WeRide.
Salary Range: Your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range is between $65,000 - $80,000 for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package.

    • Develop talent by leveraging recruiting processes and tools, and gathering role requirements and recommendations.
    • Advocate for the candidate and create an excellent experience, supporting candidate assessment, evaluating candidate skills and client needs, and driving the interview and offer process.
    • Influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy and provide status updates on open roles.
    • Manage recruiting initiatives to meet established goals. Improve the candidate, new hire, hiring manager, and recruiter experience.
    • Partner with key business, staffing, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions for diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.
    • Minimum qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • 2 years of experience in a staffing role or related work.

    • Preferred qualifications:
    • 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech industry.
    • Experience in multi-tasking in a fast growing working environment.
    • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
