Your Mission This role is remote; it can be based anywhere in EMEA. The VP of Marketing, EMEA, will create the overall marketing strategy and plan to drive new logo acquisition and customer expansion by generating pipeline and programs to take customers/prospects on a journey to closed/won. You will oversee a team composed of field marketing, national programs and industry marketing. You will establish a programmatic and measurable approach to generate pipeline and maximize revenue from existing customers as well as drive net new logos. You will work closely with the global marketing team to extend and localize global programs in region. Create an inclusive, dynamic working environment that motivates the team and creates a path for growth Keep up to date on market trends & competitor strategies Engage with internal stakeholders across a wide range of departments from Global Marketing to Enterprise Sales Demand Generation & Pipeline Design, plan and execute and measure effective lead generation campaigns to fuel pipeline growth focusing on net new, acquisition and industry Develop and execute an integrated multi touch, multi-channel marketing strategy and plan across the EMEA region In conjunction with the VP of ABM, implement ABM@scale into identified accounts Ensure UiPath and 3rd party events are on message, well executed, promote the brand, and generate leads Developing a C-level program that include, executive networking events, Roundtables, and integrated programs Develop in region customer stories Track & Measure Work closely with Marketing Ops to implement metrics to measure campaign effectiveness Forecast, and be accountable, for a quarterly MQL target Generate and achieve marketing created pipeline target Manage and review the marketing budget What you'll bring to the team Extensive experience running marketing at a high-tech company, preferably within EMEA Expertise across marketing, including demand generation, customer acquisition, industry marketing, partner marketing, digital marketing & performance marketing Excellent written & verbal communication skills Proven track record building, scaling, and leading high performing marketing teams You are a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and can execute in a hands-on manner Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of senior management and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrix environment Proven ability to build strong relationships with Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Key Account Sales departments Demonstrable experience of building and motivating high-functioning remote teams Legal Disclosure At UiPath, we value a range of diverse backgrounds experiences and ideas.
