Landing AI is looking for a VP of Marketing and Growth. We are looking for an energetic, inspirational marketing leader to help drive the marketing and growth function of the company. You will oversee and be responsible for all aspects of marketing for our company. You will lead our marketing and growth efforts to achieve our awareness and pipeline generation goals for both our sales-led and newly emerging product-led growth motions. This includes acquisition/performance marketing, digital experience/website, optimization, and prospect/customer buying journey. This individual is accountable for helping drive the execution of demand generation strategies to achieve pipeline targets for our sales-led business.
In this role, you will provide leadership and help to implement our campaigns and demand gen strategies across: web development, web experience, optimization and testing, web operations and analytics, SEO, paid media, paid search, paid social, email marketing, chat, cart/checkout, etc. You will lead the transformation of our digital experience to drive revenue by delivering deep business value across best-in-class digital journeys. Your team will develop a digital marketing strategy, inclusive of GTM strategies driving brand awareness, leads, free to paid conversions, direct purchase and retention across both sales-led and product-led motions.

This is a hybrid role. You are expected to come to our office in Palo Alto, CA 2-3 days a week.
Note : Landing AI provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure that varies by location. The base pay for this position is dependent on work location, as well as the knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for bonus or commission and benefits and may be eligible for equity.
Base Pay Range SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area Base Pay Range: $200,000 - $250,000 per year
