You'll report directly to the Chief People Officer. What you'll do at UiPath Serve as a strategic advisor to senior executives, presenting metrics and research-based interventions to executive staff, HR leadership, Functional VPs regularly and other key stakeholders Provide direction and leadership to our leadership team related to strategically integrating and operationalizing DE&I into the business, programs, and front line Develop effective engagement with leaders including facilitation, presentation, negotiations, and influencing skills Co-partner with peers to deliver ESG reporting for our board Identify and drive partnerships, thought leadership and community-building opportunities, including Women's Circles, ERGs, etc. Engage in the identification of diversity, best practices, and benchmarks as input to designing and implementing initiatives and show deliverable outcomes Act as the DE&I subject matter expert by contributing perspective, insights, and knowledge, and taking a balanced consultative and systemic approach to enable the organization to capitalize on DE&I for global success through strategic and tactical/operational execution Develop a corporate strategy for how UiPath recruits, develops, and retains diverse talent, resulting in measurable improvements in representation and hiring metrics Manage employee resource groups, diversity events and education, including unconscious bias and other relevant diversity training Develop leadership and initiative messages as part of an integrated communication strategy, including internal company-wide messages, external blogs, and media interviews Develop and execute strategy for Talent, learning and development programs for UiPath leaders and manage the delivery learning for priority solutions (succession planning, talent identification, performance management, learning & development) Leverage HR processes and influence key HR initiatives, such as performance management, succession planning, training and development, organizational effectiveness Provide creative approach for the business to promote a learning culture, including design and delivery of a portfolio of learning programs, vendor management, resource, and budget allocation Conducts organizational needs assessments to identify opportunities and drive desired changes and outcomes Oversees the succession planning and talent development process for the business and partners with the Chief People Officer to drive the executive talent development and succession planning efforts for the business Own organization-wide talent development lifecycle and processes (e.g., goal setting, feedback and performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, promotion, and career pathing) to ensure fair and inclusive outcomes Create a framework for career pathing and implement meaningful solutions to activate internal talent marketplace Create and implement an end-to-end Performance Development Strategy, including providing thought leadership on the design and activation of best-in-class feedback and development planning tools What you'll bring to the team Bachelor's degree required Learning & Development experience in small to mid-size organizations and dedicated experience in a full-time L&D strategic leadership role 10+ years' experience implementing and oversight of DE&I strategies Attention to detail and a highly organized, process-focused aptitude. Ability to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity Strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategic improvements Strong program and project management skills, and ability to operationalize and scale programs Proven success developing and driving successful L&D, Talent Development, and DE&I strategies with articulated outcomes to establish credibility with business leaders, and understand business objectives and key levers of a business Experience and credibility as a leader in an environment where the ability to influence, work across a complex matrix, and build relationships is critical Ability to motivate and influence others without direct authority to achieve solutions to meet organization's objectives, and is proactive in providing solutions, resolving issues, and overcoming hurdles Highly effective communicator with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas, concepts, and proposals to engage team, peers, and management Strong interpersonal awareness and skills with particular emphasis on being assertive, supportive, listening, and group process #LI-KA1 Pay Transparency The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $231,800 and $319,100. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
