We are looking for an entry level Process Integration Engineer to support semiconductor-based device fabrication and process-development in a cleanroom laboratory under general supervision. Our group focuses on GaN MMIC and InP HBT fabrication.

Essential Duties:
Work in a Class 10 (ISO-4) Cleanroom environment with general supervision, perform tasks including but not limited to:
•Support device fabrication process development and process improvement projects to improve performance, quality, yield, and manufacturability
•Inspect and process wafers when needed
•Analyze inline measurements and inspection data, including implementation of product SPC, compilation of statistical reports to internal customers
•Track logistical operations of WIP and analyze cycle time data to ensure operational efficiency and on-time-delivery
•Support/Lead multi-disciplinary root cause analysis and problem solving efforts
•Translate process route concepts into an MES-based flow
•Collaborate with program teams and process modules leaders to conceptualize and develop fabrication process routes

Required Skills:
•Bachelor Degree or higher in a physical/chemical science or engineering field
•Computer/software skills (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JMP)\
•Must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks running in parallel.
•Detail oriented, problem solver, promotes team environment
•Demonstrate a sense of urgency in completing work assignments
•Good time-management and organizational skills
•Ability to flexibly adapt to changing schedules and priorities
•Ability to establish and foster positive customer relationships
•Strong communication skills

Desired Skills:
•Microfabrication experience is a preferred

Physical Requirements:
•Must be able to work within a cleanroom environment wearing typical personal protective equipment.
•Walking and/or standing may be required for 50-70% of the day.

Special Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship is required.
2nd shift. Noon start time

Compensation:
The base salary range for this full-time position is $73,000 - $120,000 + bonus + benefits.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position.
