About the Position

At Rev, we value ownership, growth, and service and we are seeking a Web Strategy Manager who will be responsible for optimizing the various steps in our conversion funnel and be the driving force for experimentation on the team.
The person in this role should be analytical, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). You should feel comfortable and capable of working with leadership to hone our testing strategy as well as writing Engineering requirements or making site changes. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Content, Engineering, Design, Paid Acquisition, Product Marketing, and Web Experience functions.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and implement a comprehensive web marketing strategy that drives conversions and supports the company's overall growth goals
- Pull and analyze data from across Rev’s databases to establish a reporting culture within the web function
- Continuously optimize website and landing pages to improve user experience and increase conversion rates
- Analyze website data to identify areas for improvement and develop testing plans to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the product, design, and engineering teams to design and implement website changes that drive conversions and improve user experience
- Develop and implement effective testing strategies to optimize website performance and maximize conversions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the web marketing space and use this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in the company's web marketing efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in web marketing, with a strong focus on conversion and growth strategy
- Proven track record of driving growth and increasing conversion rates through effective web marketing efforts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze website data and use insights to drive continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Deep understanding of A/B testing and website optimization methodologies
- Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, or similar
- Familiarity with SQL and data analytics is a plus
- Knowledge of Contentful (CMS) a plus!
