We're looking for an Workplace Experience Manager who is passionate about maintaining an environment and everyday experience our visitors and employees love.     • Support our multiple office locations (SF, NY, Seattle), with some travel to our NY office through the year
    • Provide a warm welcome and high-touch experience to employees & visitors
    • Be meticulous in keeping our offices in order
    • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, evaluate new office products, and anticipate needed snacks and supplies
    • Manage relationships with external vendors/contractors, service providers, and building management
    • Own planning, organizing, and execution of all office & company-wide events
    • Support ad hoc office initiatives and work closely with various teams to support administrative logistics
    • Manage swag for our programs to onboard, recognize, and celebrate our employees, help iterate on our swag game
    • Support recognition efforts across the company, working with managers to create shout outs during all hands, developing creative ways to recognize our employees
    • 4+ years of relevant experience
    • A positive service-oriented approach to your work, using your excellent empathic and professional written and verbal communication skills
    • High standards, excellent organization and attention to detail
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks under good judgment in a fast-paced environment
    • An uncanny ability to spot problems and inefficiencies and quickly find strategic solutions before they cascade
    • Embrace a growth mindset and can find learning lessons in unexpected failures
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
    • Knowledge in G Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, etc.)
    • This role must be based in San Francisco and requires onsite presence
